The World Championships, 2006

In July 2006, the World Championships were held in Vallodolid, Spain.

59 contestants, including 9 juniors.

The winner was Igor Trifonov, Russia, with a single loss, to Artern Markov, the Russian Junior, who finished 2nd overall. Ivan Mackenzie, Canada, rounded out the top three.

Trifonov had some interesting planes. Tom Seigler bought one after the contest and Ivan Mackenzie took some detailed pictures.
