The Bladder Grabber is a triple-elimination Fast contest, held for the past 25 years in Snohomish, Washington, a few miles north of Seattle. This year, there were 39 entries.

Dave Owen brought these planes. He needed more of them. Or perhaps not.

The winners: Dave Owen, Jeffrey Rein, Tim Strom, Mitch Cleveland, and Darrin Albert, joined by Ken Burdick, the center marshal.

Owen does a victory dance in the tradition of his people. Anthropologists suggest it may be a symbolic re-enactment of one of his triumphs.
